Mosu is the culmination of Chef Sung Anh's culinary career. After years of working in the world’s top kitchens (The French Laundry, Benu, Aziza, and Urasawa), Chef Anh is channeling all of his personal and professional experiences to offer you his unique and thoughtful perspective.
Kristina Compton - Sous Chef
Kristina began cooking during high school in South Carolina. After graduation, she moved to Charleston where she had the great fortune to work under Chef Mike Lata at Fig. From Charleston she traveled to San Francisco where, for the past 5 years, Kristina has worked as Sous Chef for the Daniel Patterson Group, Range, and, most recently, as Executive Sous Chef at Atelier Crenn. She is excited to join the team at Mosu.
Mark Thompson - Wine Director
Before preparing the wine selection at Mosu, Mark worked at Saison, Masa’s and Mourad.
